About CCIM Institute

The Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Institute was founded over a half century ago and has created the language of global real estate investment. Today, the organization, through its 50 chapters, continues to innovate best practices and elevate the commercial real estate professional through its core designation program to earn the CCIM pin pin— real estate’s most coveted credential — and its real real-world education courses offered through the Ward Center for Real Estate Studies. Today, almost 70 percent of CCIM designees hold the title of owner, partner, principal, or president, representing an exclusive worldwide referral network of 13,000 members in 30 countries.

About CCIM Nebraska

The CCIM Nebraska Chapter is made up of CCIM designees, CCIM candidates, and other professionals associated with the commercial real estate industry in Nebraska (banking, title, legal, engineering). The chapter provides networking and educational events which bring together members to interact, learn and share ideas about currently industry topics, projects, and best practices with a focus on the Nebraska market. Our largest event is the annual Big Deals luncheon each spring where we honor Nebraska CCIMs who were involved in large transactions the previous. We also provide an annual continuing education class in the fall taught by our sponsor Woods Aitken. In addition, the chapter awards annual scholarships to those interested in taking CCIM core classes and pursuing the CCIM designation.
